For the moment, all that is directly availableto download from this page is the course itself; however, we are also making supplemental material available for you through our message board. Our message board exists so that you can ask questions, leave comments, and, in general, give and receive help.

The book that you are about to download is set up so that it can be printed double-sided with proper spacing for placement in a three-ring binder. This is what we have found most effective for instruction, because it allows the insertion of supplemental materials, which may be different from class to class. If you need it to be available in some other format, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
